1. Introduction

Embodied AI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes mobile applications and games, including utility, puzzle, and casual game titles (collectively, the "Apps"), and operates the website embodiedaistudio.com (the "Website"). The Apps and the Website are referred to together as the "Services".

We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our Services, how we use and share that information, and the rights and choices available to you. By downloading, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all Apps published by the Company on app distribution platforms (such as the Apple App Store and Google Play), and to the Website. Individual Apps may be accompanied by additional privacy disclosures (for example, in their store listings or in-app notices); where an App-specific disclosure conflicts with this Policy, the App-specific disclosure prevails for that App.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide to Us

Most of our Apps can be used without creating an account or submitting personal information. We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as:

  • Contact information (such as your name and email address) when you contact us for support, feedback, or business inquiries;
  • Correspondence, including the content of messages you send us and any attachments you choose to include;
  • Account information, if a particular App offers optional accounts or cloud saves (for example, a nickname or a platform account identifier such as Game Center or Google Play Games).

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device information: device model, operating system and version, system language, screen resolution, mobile network or Wi-Fi status, and country/region (derived from IP address or system settings);
  • Identifiers: device identifiers and advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA, where you have granted permission, and Google's Advertising ID), and app-instance identifiers;
  • Usage data: gameplay progress, levels completed, feature usage, session length and frequency, and general in-app interactions;
  • Diagnostics: crash logs, error reports, and performance data used to keep the Apps stable and fast;
  • Purchase records: records of in-app purchases (for example, the product purchased and transaction time). Payments are processed entirely by the app store platforms — we never receive or store your full payment card details.

3.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, precise geolocation, health data, or biometric data through our Services.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including saving game progress;
  • Improve, personalize, and expand the Services, including balancing gameplay and prioritizing new features;
  • Understand and analyze how you use the Services through aggregated analytics;
  • Fix bugs, monitor performance, and keep the Services stable and secure;
  • Serve advertising, including (where permitted) personalized advertising, and measure its effectiveness;
  • Process and deliver in-app purchases;
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, cheating, and abuse;
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to deliver the Services you request under our Terms of Service;
  • Legitimate interests — to improve and secure the Services, prevent fraud, and support our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
  • Consent — for example, for personalized advertising where consent is required; you may withdraw consent at any time;
  • Legal obligation — where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect and process information as independent controllers or as our processors. Depending on the App, these may include:

  • App store platforms: Apple App Store / StoreKit, Google Play Services / Google Play Billing;
  • Analytics providers: Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics;
  • Advertising networks: Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, Meta Audience Network;
  • Platform game services: Apple Game Center, Google Play Games Services.

These providers have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. Helpful links include:

  • Google — policies.google.com/privacy
  • Unity — unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
  • AppLovin — legal.applovin.com/privacy
  • Meta — facebook.com/privacy/policy

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with the providers above only as needed to operate the Services (for example, to display ads, measure performance, or process purchases), and with authorities where required by law.

7. Advertising

Some of our Apps are free to download and are supported by advertising. Advertising partners may use device identifiers and other information described in Section 3 to display ads, limit how often you see the same ad, and measure ad performance. Where required, ads will be personalized only with your consent.

You can limit personalized advertising at the device level at any time:

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"), and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising;
  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or opt out of ads personalization.

8. In-App Purchases

Certain Apps offer optional in-app purchases (for example, to remove ads or unlock content). All payments are processed by the relevant platform (Apple or Google) under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive only non-payment transaction details (such as the item purchased) needed to deliver your purchase, and we never see your full payment card information. Refunds are handled according to the applicable platform's refund policies.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Analytics and diagnostic data are retained according to the retention settings of the relevant service providers and are typically aggregated or deleted over time. Support correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to assist you and maintain records of our communications.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

The Services are operated globally. Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than the one in which you reside, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, we and our service providers use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Where an App is made available in a program or category intended for families or children, we configure the App and its third-party SDKs to comply with applicable children's privacy rules (including COPPA in the United States and the GDPR's provisions on children's data), such as serving only non-personalized, contextually-appropriate ads.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly delete such information.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you;
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • The right to request deletion of your personal information;
  • The right to object to or request restriction of certain processing;
  • The right to data portability;
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
  • The right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Please note that much of the data collected through our Apps (such as advertising identifiers) is held by the third-party providers listed in Section 6, and we may direct you to their tools where they can act on your request more directly.

14. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) provides you with specific rights, including the right to know, correct, and delete personal information we have collected about you, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, the use of advertising SDKs may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out of such sharing by using the device-level controls described in Section 7 or by contacting us at [email protected]. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

15. Your Choices and Controls

  • Reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time;
  • Review app permissions (such as notifications) in your device settings and revoke them at any time;
  • Opt out of personalized ads as described in Section 7;
  • Uninstall the Apps at any time to stop all further data collection by the Apps.

16. Links to Other Websites

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us, including advertisements. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and post the updated Policy on this page. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice within the affected Apps. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
